Booking calendar feedback

Hi all,


I understand that there have been some ongoing issues with the calendar. We have been looking into this but it's really important for us to get as much information on the issue as possible. If you are having issues with making an appointment please try the following:


- Refresh your browser

- Try a different device

- Log out and in again

- Try a different browser

- Make sure the date you are trying to book is available

- Make sure you have completed all of the required fields on the form


If you are still having issues after trying these steps please provide as much information on your feedback as possible and include any screenshots. You can contact the store team directly by email and they may be able to book you in for a slot if you have followed the above solutions.

Update: The common issue that we are receiving feedback on is people being unable to book appointments for slots that are out with the 7 days notice required. You must ensure that the time slot you are booking is within the 7 days notice, for example, if you are logging on to the hub at 3pm you will only be able to make appointments from 3pm onwards if you are booking in for the same day on following week, however, if you are booking in for any day after that you can select any time slot. The booking calendar is working correctly, the main issue seems to be down to user error so we are looking to make changes to the UI to prevent this in the future.

Hi Stevie, You won't get any tghrough the post. Think it's just a bit of the booking software they need to tweek.
