Christmas Update
Season’s Greetings!
We hope this festive season brings joy and happiness to you and your loved ones. As we approach the end of the year, we have some important information to share.
Dates for Your Diary Mark Your Calendars!
December 8th: Last day for booking appointments.
15th December: Last day we will receive restock
*Please remember you must book appointments one week in advance, therefore although the last day we can receive stock before Christmas will be the 15th December, the last day you will be able to book an appointment on the calendar will be the 8th December
Our stores will be closed 25th & 26th Dec and 1st & 2nd Jan
We will close at 4pm on the 24th & 31st Dec
George Street Parking Restrictions – 7th Nov – 18th Jan – Ice Rink will be on George Street over Christmas.
Barcoding and Restocking
Can I please remind you that we do not allow restocking appointments in the store on Saturdays. This is our busiest days and the staff don’t have time to be distracted from customer service to speak with artists about the stands or restocking. We have had a number of artists appear at the stores without appointments, thinking they can put stock on the shelves or in the stockroom, because you are now printing your own barcodes. This is not how our system works, we still require you to fill in a stocklist for items you bring in and to make an appointment, so we know how many artists to expect in the store. Also, your stock still needs to be added to our till system. Please follow the rules that are in place, especially at this time of year when the staff are incredibly busy.
Note: please do not leave it too late to book an appointment as the calendar fills up quickly at this time of year. We don’t want you to miss out on restocking before Christmas.
