As December is our busiest month we always have a cut off date for delivery appointments. Your last delivery date is the 9th of December, which means your last day to book an appointment is on the 2nd of December. You will not be able to deliver stock again until the 3rd of January. Any stock delivered to the stores without an appointment will be rejected. If you are bringing in new products for Xmas we ask that you send through your new product details by the 25th of November to give the store teams time to add your new products on to the system. You can send through this list even if you are not booking an appointment. Please be aware that we will not accept seasonal items that have multiple variations, i.e. "Christmas bauble blue", "Christmas bauble red", "Christmas bauble green", this product would be added to our system as "Christmas bauble".

• Last date for adding new products for Xmas: 25th November

• Last date to book a delivery for Xmas: 2nd of December

• Last delivery date for Xmas: 9th of December

• First date to book a delivery in the NY: 27th of December

• First delivery date in the NY: 3rd of January
