A reminder that if you are planning to take any time off this Christmas from online sales to turn on your 'vacation' status. This will stop customers from purchasing your products and you can simply turn this status off when you are ready to accept orders again. Also, I would like to remind everyone to advise your customers on the last day they can order from you to have their items delivered by Christmas. Please take into account the strikes taking place and any other setbacks you may face, we can't advise the last day to place orders on the website as not all vendors ship items on the same day. You can advise customers of this by updating your product description to include information on the last date they can order from you for guaranteed Christmas delivery but do remember to change this back after Christmas.

Please start to think ahead to January for booking in restocking appointments, one of the biggest setbacks you will face in sales in January is not having enough stock. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are projected to have extremely high sales over December which means that our stock levels in both stores will be at their lowest come January. Please arrange your restocking appointments for January as soon as possible to secure your spot to get your stock levels replenished for January. Compared to December, January can often look like a quieter month but it still generates between £30-40k in sales for each store so please do consider this.
