The Glasgow till 2 update has been resolved and you will receive a report for the missing sales on the hub today. We will also be aiming to include these sales in your payment this month on the usual payment date of the 10th. We would like to thank you all for your patience during this time, unfortunately the resolution of this issue was out of our control but we can only apologise for the length of time it took to resolve the matter.

Hi Jenny The missing sales from till 2 were uploaded as a separate report. Your December reports will only contain sales from December and will not have any data from October or November. Apologies, I can't recall the exact name of the report but it was something like "Missing sales report "
