Glasgow till 2 update

Good afternoon,


First of all I would like to thank everyone for their patience, we know how frustrating it can be when you don't receive any updates for an issue like this one. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for an update from Epos regarding the issue on till 2 so we have no updates to offer on a solution. We have been able to identify the transactions that are due to be paid and are working through collecting this data, this process will be quite lengthy as we have a lot of individual transactions to sift through and pull data from. We expect that this could take up to 2 weeks for us to complete fully and be ready to issue payments, however, given the time of year it may not be possible to resolve this issue until the new year. We are still waiting for an update from Epos, so it is possible that a solution may be presented soon but in case that doesn't happen we will be able to pull together the data ourselves. I understand that some of you may have questions so I would like to be clear on what we're saying:


  • We are still waiting for a solution to the till 2 issue from Epos.

  • We have data that we can work through to get a list of who is due sales and how much but this will take us at least two weeks to complete fully.

  • Given the time of year we may not be able to take on this project and will hold off until the New Year.

Hi Graeme, ive just had a look at my final November report and its got quite a few 'till 2 old' transactions. Is this it fixed? :)
