Email response times
I sent an email to the Glasgow team on August 29th and another to the "info" email on September 4th and 5th (using 2 emails as I thought my main email address might be going to spam).
None of these have been answered yet, so I'm just wondering what the expected response times are as it said 1 working day on the document I was sent?
One of the emails was about getting new products approved in time for the October consignment period, so the lack of knowing will quickly make it difficult for me to get stock ready in time.
