Hi Folks, Please see attached our newsletter with lots of updates for the Autumn/Winter, which was also sent out by email last week. There are some great opportunities for artists to be aware of, which need a response. In particular the chance to take part in an Advent Calendar marketing in December. For this particular project, Ashley Rowson is pulling together the images for the design, which has a deadline. Anyone who wants to be featured should send Ashley an email ashleyedrawson@icloud.com with a 20cm x 20cm image set at 300ppi. Please note clearly your name and the name of the work you are featuring. All submissions will need to be with Ashley by Friday 6th of November in order to meet the print deadline’. Many thanks Lynzi

I know that our sales are always paid on the 10th of each month, with the exception that if the 10th falls on a weekend then it's usually on the Friday (like this month)

It's just a bit frustrating that we never know what time of the day our payment will land. I'm still waiting at 5pm, after double checking via email if we will definitely be paid today. I had hoped to place orders with my fabric suppliers before they close and get some bills paid, and hate this hanging about in limbo, worrying if payment will still be made at this time of the day.

Is there any way that our sales could be paid by a certain time if the transfers are being done manually, like 3pm for example.

Hi Folks, Please take a minute to support one of our artists, Ashley Rawson's petition to Glasgow Council, to license Vape Shops. As some of you may have seen, there is a new Vape shop opening on Sauchiehall Street, opposite SDX, right next door to the historic Mackintosh Tea Rooms. Ashley has done a brilliant job to bring this to the attention of the Council and has a lot of support from local residents and businesses. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the Glasgow store for the last 3 weeks. No one is responding to my emails and when I went into the store they couldn't help me with my query. Has anyone else been having issues getting a response from them?
