Halloween and Christmas stock
I am sitting on a pile of Halloween and Christmas stock which I am unable to put in my hanging space in Edinburgh because I do not yet have a barcode template. The Halloween stock is my immediate priority as I have only a limited time in which to sell it. The staff in my store are unable to provide either new or old bar codes which I could use. Is there a solution?

Thank you for your efforts. I completely understand the frustration with the upload issues. I saw your reply to Chris and just wanted to check if it's normal that my folder is still empty and that I haven't received the CSV yet.
I've booked an appointment for next week, and now I’m unsure about the best course of action. Do you have any advice?
