I don't know what to do..........

I have purchased labels and have now downloaded a suitable template. I don't know how to get the barcodes from the files you've sent me onto the template.
I thought I could copy them and then paste into the template but I don't seem to be able to do this.
I have looked at forum posts but English is not my first language and this has become too overwhelming and quite inaccessible for me.
I have limited time to try to figure this out. Can anyone help me? How do I print the barcodes from the images SDX have sent?
Any help appreciated, thank you.

Hi Ali, Are you using Microsoft Word? If so, select insert picture, then look for your barcode image, which you should have downloaded from your folder and saved on your pc/laptop. Then select the image and it will import into the label. I hope that helps. Lynzi
