New Barcoding Process

Hi folks,

I purchased the Niimbot B1 thermal printer that was recommended by the stores for our barcodes. The stickers for it have a gloss finish which the Glasgow shop are having problems scanning. I've had a look to see if there is alternative labels that are matt finish and compatible with the label printer but can't find any that aren't gloss.

Is there anyone else with this printer that knows where to get matt stickers for it?
