New process
Linzi - I am considering creating a completely new set of generic descriptions for my boxes in order to simplify things. These will be based on size and style. How would you like me to send these through so that you can create barcodes and add to your till system.

Hi Mike, If you do this now, we will have to create a whole new set of barcodes for you and resend new images. Or you can look at creating your own barcodes including barcode numbers, then send this to us to update our system before you restock. But that might be too complicated for you at this time.
For now, to allow the shops to focus on new stock, could you email me your stocklist with the new descriptions and prices to lynzi@sdx.scot I can then take a look for you and see what the best way of dealing with this is. It will also allow me to delete all your old product info out of our system.
