Missing Product Names
I’m managing to print out my labels but loads of my barcodes have missing or cut off product names so I don’t know what they are for?
It’s not how I’m printing them. The images are missing them.
Can this be fixed? It’s not something I can fix due to the file format.

Hi Rosalind, There should be two files for your barcodes. One has product descriptions on and one is just blank barcodes. Here is a direct link to your file to check - SweetRosie Sometimes the products description will be cut off if they are too long. We do ask on the excel file for adding your products to keep to a number of letters. If you go over this, there is not enough room on the labels to print the full description. However, as long as the barcode scans, that is fine. I hope that helps. Kind regards
