SDX Artist Survey
Hi Everyone, I hope you are well. I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to complete the Artist Survey we sent out via email last week. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. So far we have had a great response, but to be able to use the data to improve our services, and provide good stats, we do need to get some more input. I know these things can be a pain, but it really will allow us to look at where we can provide additional help and support, as well as making sure the new CRM system we are installing, vastly improves our communication and provides regular reports to you all, on sales, footfall increases, social media stats, google and trip advisor reviews, our customer feedback surveys from the stores, and much more. In addition to this, collecting data showing the impact you have collectively as creative businesses on the Scottish Economy, will be invaluable for us to use in case studies, to show the Scottish Government and agencies such as Creative Scotland and Business Gateway, that supporting creative businesses is extremely valuable and should not be ignored. Part of the work I am doing at the Hunter Foundation, is looking at how SDX can inform policy and make sure our stats are used in the best way, to show that creative businesses are a powerhouse in Scotland. And when we work together, our impact is huge.
