I don't know if this is possible, but will the online store ever allow us to add videos to our listings? Videos can improve sales/conversions and offer a way to give a more complete display of our products.

eShop listings
Hi. Is anyone approving listings for the online shop? Been waiting for a product to be approved since the beginning of the week. Want to see how the listing looks before adding more.

Hi Neil,
The products should have been approved by now, one of them is still pending as it only has the image of the back of the frame. If you can take a look at that and let us know when it is sorted we can get back to you.
It is only Linzie who monitors the online shop at the moment, I cover when she is on annual leave so we appreciate your patience with this.

Thank you for reaching out. All price change requests can be submitted on an excel stocklist file including the product name, barcode number, current price and the new price. This can be sent to apply@sdx.scot by the 5th of January 2026.
