Hi. Is anyone approving listings for the online shop? Been waiting for a product to be approved since the beginning of the week. Want to see how the listing looks before adding more.
Hi Neil,
The products should have been approved by now, one of them is still pending as it only has the image of the back of the frame. If you can take a look at that and let us know when it is sorted we can get back to you.
It is only Linzie who monitors the online shop at the moment, I cover when she is on annual leave so we appreciate your patience with this.
Hi does anyone know if the last dates for restocking the stores has been given yet? There seems to be a lot of changes going on and I know I never received some past emails so want to make sure I'm organised and don't miss getting new stock in.
We'll be putting information out this week in our winter newsletter about cut off dates and other key information.

Thank you for reaching out. All price change requests can be submitted on an excel stocklist file including the product name, barcode number, current price and the new price. This can be sent to apply@sdx.scot by the 5th of January 2026.
