I applied for approval for some hand knotted pearls and they were accepted. I generated bar codes and took the pearls into the Edinburgh store. Callum told me I had grossly underpriced them and suggest I return the following day with new barcodes for the increased amount. However when I returned Jude told me that I could not increase the price until the next date for a new consignment. I have withdrawn the pearls but it seems unreasonable that the price cannot be adjusted for several months. Much was said initially about jewellers being different because a lot of our products are one offs but I have heard nothing since about how jewellers will be assisted to get new products available more quickly.

I'm not sure if I've just missed it but where is the "New product list" mentioned in the handbook? Do we just use the updated stocklist spreadsheet and fill in the info for a new product we want to be approved or is there a separate spreadsheet or link?

On the stocklist there are all these new VAT columns, how does this work? I cannot place a price on the included VAT ones, how does that work?
