Is there a version of the product upload sheet that is not locked so the number of rows arent limited?

I cannot create a new product file with all products broken into all their new design barcodes as the sheet is password locked, I will also put this issue in email with the limited number I could put in one sheet, but wanted to know is anyone else having the same frustrating issue? Is there another version other than can be found in Groups - Files?
