Good afternoon everyone,

We are fast approaching our busiest season in retail and for SDX this can come with a lot of challenges and fantastic returns for our artists & designers! It's a very exciting time and to make sure things go smoothly we have introduced some updates to the consignment agreement, please take the time to refresh yourself with the agreement and take note of the changes.

Some of the changes in the agreement are:

• All notices to leave must be given by the 5th working day of each and emailed to contact@sdx.scot, our store team's will no longer handle notices.

• From next year, the cut off date for anyone not wishing to sell with us through Christmas will be the 5th working day of September.

Please remember that from October to March all artists and designers are unable to end their consignment until March 31st. In April of this year we introduced a fee that we will charge to any artist or designer whose sales meet 2x their rent. Meaning that if you pay £100 per month for your rent and you generate £200 you will receive a £10 plus VAT fee. Although this fee was introduced in April we have not implemented it as of yet. We will be implementing this fee from October 1st. We will contact anyone who reaches this threshold with more information on how to proceed.
