In the Winter Newsletter the Artists who are leaving in January were told to expect an email detailing the process for leaving. When will the email be sent out?

It would be helpful to clarify a couple of points :-

▪️When is the earliest date that stock can be uplifted, and by what date must all stock be removed?

▪️Will the uplift be booked through the Booking Calendar with the normal 7 days minimum notice and sign-in procedures at the shop?

▪️Is any additional documentation required?

My dealings have only been with the Glasgow shop and the staff have always been extremely helpful. I am sorry that circumstances have made it impracticable to continue.
