Sales or lack of??
Not sure if I'm just not getting new sales docs uploaded each week or if its because I've just not been making any sales? I saw I had only 1 sale in October which is genuinely horrifying with not even making enough to cover the rent!? I'm gutted I'm stuck with 2 jewellery shelves because I'm currently just throwing money away for 1 or 2 sales per month... It's shocking. Especially when there have been emails this year about the store doing well and on the up but it's been a shocker of a year for me in Edinburgh.

We upload your weekly sales report every Monday to give you a weekly overview of how your sales are performing. We recommend that if you are not seeing sales in any week that you reach out to the store team where the team coordinator will be able to assist you with any support that you may need. We advise against waiting until the monthly sales report to review your sales performance as this is often too late to make any changes.
Our team coordinators are trained on providing support to help our artists improve their sales, displays, brand messaging to customers, and other important aspects for selling in the store.
