I have no sales documents for December still and I thought it was due to go up yesterday?

I also collected my stock from Edinburgh today and I have an item of jewellery missing. I couldn't thoroughly check the bag that was given to me as I only had a small counter space to look through. But I have gone through stock and there is 1 earring missing from a pair. Is this something that someone can have a look for or can I get reimbursed for staff losing it?
