Sorry to hear that sales are down. I'm not a jeweller, but wanted to share my experience in case it's helpful.

I've been taking every opportunity to tell people that SDX has moved, and to promote SDX as the place to buy my work. I wanted to make sure that those people who sought out my work in Buchanan Galleries knew where to go. For me, sales have improved since the move.

I think most of us could do more to promote SDX via our own channels. In the past I've noticed that people concerned about low sales often made no mention of SDX to their followers.

Here are some things I've been doing that I think have helped:

-Promote regularly online

-Regular store visits to make sure my display is looking right

-Sending SDX Gift Cards to Etsy buyers, encouraging them to visit the shop

I also know that shop staff are good for bouncing ideas off. They're there every day and know what's working for people. Perhaps worth a chat next time you're in.
