General Discussion

Following sending in my price changes on the wrong sheet I've been asked to fill in one which asks do I charge vat, current price exc vat, current price excluding vat, new price exc vat and new price including vat.

Before I send this back and no doubt get it wrong can anyone shed some light on this please?
