Is anyone else having difficulties accessing the options on the site after login?

I am logging in as I have done for over two years and seem to be in the site (attached 1). However when I select an option, e.g. Reports or Forum, I receive a message that access to the site is restricted (attached 2) and have to return to the first screen.

If I sign on through the Foodies Hub (attached 3), I can get access to the Forum and can post successfully (this posting).

My understanding is that Foodies no longer exists so I am worried that I will not be able to continue accessing the site in this way.

Th second part of my query is that I want to book an appointment to restock and cannot seem to access the correct form to show what I will be bringing. The form I thought was correct, the one linked to the Consignment Agreement, tells me that my description is too long before I have entered anything. Am I using the wrong form?

Additionally I am looking to the next consignment period and will be registering a few new products by the 1st September. Some of the items are a new size or shape of existing products, so therefore new description, price and barcode. Do I need to send in photos of the products to register them?
