January Price Changes and New Product Submission
To clarify our procedures for price changes and new product submissions, please note the following:
The deadline to submit any new products or price changes is 9th January.
We have been working through submissions this week and will continue to do so next week. Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email from us confirming that we are ready for you to attend the store to update labels, barcodes, and price points.
After this process has been completed in both stores, we will then update your prices on the till system. Please note that we cannot update selling prices on the till until in-store label and price point changes have been completed.
When booking an in-store appointment to change barcodes and price points, please inform a member of the team that you are updating price points, so we can make the necessary system updates.
All price change requests and new product submissions should be sent to apply@sdx.scot using the Excel stocklist file. Each submission must include:
Product name
Barcode number
Current price
New price (or clearly state if it is a new product)
If you are updating the price of an existing product, please ensure you use the barcode number already assigned to that item.
