Online order £0.0
Hello, I've sent multiple emails and left a voice message but not heard back. But I am still being plagued with messages to fulfil the order. I have an online order that has a total of £0.0. I don't want to send the item if the payment has not been captured. Please can a member of SDX get in touch and confirm that payment has been received (and if so why it is showing as £0.0) on this item so I send the it to the customer.
