Last week I had to rearrange my shop visits and when I went onto 'current bookings' to cancel and rebook, it wouldn't let me cancel my appointment. Nothing happened when I hit the cancel button. I tried on different browsers and both phone and laptop. I ended up just booking more appointments then ringing the shops to let them know to ignore the initial bookings. I'm not sure if this is just something happening to me or if other artists have had this problem.

I'm posting on here, as I have a Glasgow appointment to restock this morning and now have 2 sick kiddies going to be off school. So have to cancel and rebook again and the same thing is happening.
