Booking Problems
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I haven't been able to make an online booking since I joined SDX. With same error message everytime.
•I've tried uploading the excel sheet on my phone and computer.
• I've tried entering dates 7,8,9 days in advance.
• Dates and times appear to pick from but same error message.
• I've reset passwords.
• im using a Mac and iPhone with any barcodes updated in numbers exported as excel.
Has anyone else had this problem. Did you find a fix?
Im desperate to get stock in and hate hassling the staff by sending barcodes by email.
