Hi, I know there are quite a few of us in the same boat - just reporting the booking error again as advised by email. I've daily for several days and haven't been able to book an appointment. I've tried on laptop, phone, collect labels in store option, post labels option, numerous dates/times. Hopefully a fix will be found soon!
