Stock control

Hi, can you advise if you still add new stock to your till list. The reason I ask is as staff didn’t seem to know what to do with the list I gave them when I restocked. I mentioned that the new process doesn’t request a stock advice list when booking now, but that unless staff add it at the time of restock there would be no means to stock control at all.

Thank you for your reply.

SDX no longer track stock levels for our participants, to do so would require a lot more admin for our store team, the reason behind asking our participants to create their own barcode labels was to allow the store team to focus on customer service and shop standards.

This process will allow our store team to dedicate more time to restocking displays to make sure we have best sellers out on the shop floor when possible while delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the day.
