Hi David,
You will find the answer to this and other similar questions in the participant's guidebook that will have been sent to you when you joined. If you don't have a copy of this please let us know and we can email one over to you. When increasing the prices the important thing to remember is that these need to be added as new products to our system, otherwise, all of your prices across both stores will be sold at the higher price point before you have changed your labels over. You should also make sure not to the place any labels with higher prices over labels with lower prices, the lower price labels need to be removed completely.
